We are in possession of a revised copy of our NCMA publication titled "Soundproofing, Fireproofing, Energy Savings, Structural Strength." Your company has revised the original publication to create an advertising piece to promote "Tailored Foam Insulation, Inc." through illegal means.

Since the protection of copyright has been violated and inaccurate results have been created, we insist that you immediately cease the use of this altered document and remove this misleading material from the market place.

Please verify your intention to promptly remove this material and cease its future use. Notify my office no later than April 19, 1991, to avoid legal action.
